What started as a small pull to step away from the noise has become a quiet place where I get to make things with my hands. Driftaway Studio is where fragrance, beadwork, and botanicals meet - all shaped by the nature I grew up with and the simple joy of making.
I was raised on Northern California’s Lost Coast, surrounded by tide pools, riverbanks, and forests that smelled like fir needles and sunshine.
Driftwood and plants were my earliest loves, and over time, led me into creating self‑care products and fragrance with gentler, fewer ingredients that I knew and could pronounce; and a focus on ease.
Today, Driftaway Studio reflects that path - a mix of clean, nourishing ingredients, natural textures, and pieces meant to feel grounding and a little magical. Whether it’s a fragrance, a botanical sculpture, or a handcrafted wearable accessory, everything I create carries a bit of the coast that shaped me.
I still live in Northern California with my husband, Louis, our two daughters, and our small herd of mostly rescue pets. My hope is that you find something here that helps you drift - toward easy, and a little more beauty in your everyday.
